Your patients can visit our local Milwaukee offices or we can coordinate with your office to allow us to extend our timely and quality prosthetic care from our trained staff. 1. Physician provides a prescription, complete with diagnosis codes and supporting notes required by insurance payers.
2. Patient is referred to us for an initial evaluation/consultation.
3. Our skilled professionals evaluate the patient to identify the most appropriate device. During the visit, we will also verify insurance benefits and discuss the treatment plan. At subsequent visits, our specialists will fabricate in-house and fit the appropriate device.
4. Patient is scheduled for a follow-up visit and we report outcomes back to the physician.
